DRAGDIS – Drag-And-Drop Anything On The Web
Chances are, you stumble upon a lot of articles, images, videos, a whole web page or just a paragraph on a page during the day that look interesting, but that you don’t have time to read or watch right now. Personally, the inbuilt bookmark manager of any browser is not good enough to manage our bookmarks. One opts for an online bookmarking tool, and when it comes to bookmarking and saving content on the Web, there is no shortage at all.
Lots of services have cropped up to solve this problem, and today we’re looking at one of the most interesting bookmarking tool – Dragdis.
Signup is simple, just email id and password or Signup with Facebook, Twitter or Google Account. They don’t ask you much. Clean.
Once you install the Dragdis browser extension and create an account, you’ll notice a sidebar appear any time you click and drag content on the web. Select some text and drag it to a folder on your sidebar to save it for later. You can literally drag any web element to a pop-in side bar and save it for later. When you revisit it on your Dragdis account later, you’ll find some social sharing options, a link back to the original page, and a field to type in your own tags for better organization. You can save photos much the same way, and even videos by dragging a small Dragdis icon that pops up over the video players on most popular sites.
In the sidebar, you can create a folder structure to keep everything organized, or just use it as a junk drawer, and find content later through the app’s comprehensive search. Dragdis doesn’t yet have a suite of desktop or mobile apps.
So go ahead and make the best of this awesome bookmark manager – Dragdis.
